The Magrath Indoor Arena has just undergone extensive renovations! These include updating the foyer area into a very classy, western reception hall, complete with a kitchen. 

Bookings are now available to use this facility for your next get together or event. Another addition is a sprinkler system installed in the arena to keep the grounds in ideal condition year round.  Please stop by and check out the renovations.

Just a reminder that arena booking times will be 2 times a week:
Mondays and Thursdays 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm 

** New Booking Number: Please call 403-892-8770 and leave a message with your: Name, Date and Time of Rental. Yearly Pass holders please check and make sure that your riding pass has been renewed.  

• Membership holders can text their booking information to the number above. 
  
• All new rentals will be posted nightly on the Website Calendar. 
• The Calendar Board will also be updated in the Ag Society Foyer. 
• 24 hour booking and cancellation policy still apply: leave a message at 403-892-8770. 
  

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to pay rent after each use (unless prior arrangements have been made with board) will result in not being allowed to book or rent the building until past rent is paid.  

RENTERS: Before leaving the arena please clean up after your horses, turn off all lights, and shut and lock all doors. Thank You for your support!

FEE SCHEDULE (Jan 2014)  - subject to change without prior notice 
Use of the facility will be on an hourly, daily, or annual basis as set by the Board of Directors.  Annual riding passes go from Nov. 1 – Nov. 1 each year.  Rates are as follows: 

All passes allow the pass holder access to the arena during public riding time as long as they abide by the Ag Society rules and regulations. Pass holders are also allowed to ride at other times when the arena IS NOT booked. Please check the schedule or call to confirm. 

Yearly Riding Passes 

• Single Adult -------------------------- $135 
  
• Couple        -------------------------- $210 
  
• Family        -------------------------- $260  **All dependent family members under 18 years of age.** 
  
• Corporate Pass rates now available ----------$600 
  
• Student      -------------------------- $70 - Attending university or college. 
  
• Juvenile      -------------------------- $70 - Attending public school. 
  
• Senior        -------------------------- $70 - Over 65 years of age. 
  
• Partial Year  ------------------------ $15/month - Through the month of October. 

*CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER  ride free during public riding time if accompanied by pass holding parent or guardian (18 or older). 

Stall & Pen Rental 

• Stalls are available to rent at $65.00 a month. Pen rentals are $150.00 a month.

Indoor Arena Rental Fees (September 2013) 
As of August 1st, rental fees for the Indoor Arena will be as follows: 

• Hourly Rental: (Member): $35.00, (Non-Member): $60.00 
  
• Over 4 hours rental $350.00 
  
• Tractor Fee for Events: $150.00 

Ag Society Foyer & Kitchen Rental (September 2013) 

• Hourly Rental (Member): $35.00, (Non-Member): $60.00  ($300 Damage Deposit) 

Scheduled public riding times: Public riding times are Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 - 7:00. Public riding is defined as horse and rider only! Rental rates are as follows:

• $35/ hour for riding pass holders
• $60/ hour for non-pass holders
