** New Booking Number: Please call or text  403-634-5565 and leave a message with your: Name, Date and Time of Rental. Must have a current membership.

• - All new rentals will be posted nightly on the Website Calendar.
• -A full 24hrs notice is required for all rentals.
• -Cancellations: See home page for new policy
• Please be off your horse, have the arena cleaned up, and exiting the building when your rental time is up. Be courteous as others have rental times right after yours. 

PLEASE NOTE:   ALL rental fees must be paid by the end of each month, or after each rental.  Failure to do so will result in not being able to rent the next month. 
(Unless prior arrangements have been made with board)

RENTERS: Before leaving the arena please clean up after your horses, turn off all lights, and shut and/or lock all doors.
