Arena Booking Procedures

Just a reminder that arena booking times will be 2 times a week:
Mondays and Thursdays 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm 

** New Booking Number: Please call 403-892-8770 and leave a message with your: Name, Date and Time of Rental. Yearly Pass holders please check and make sure that your riding pass has been renewed.  

• Membership holders can text their booking information to the number above. 
  
• All new rentals will be posted nightly on the Website Calendar. 
• The Calendar Board will also be updated in the Ag Society Foyer. 
• 24 hour booking and cancellation policy still apply: leave a message at 403-892-8770. 
  

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to pay rent after each use (unless prior arrangements have been made with board) will result in not being allowed to book or rent the building until past rent is paid.  

RENTERS: Before leaving the arena please clean up after your horses, turn off all lights, and shut and lock all doors. Thank You for your support!
